Overlooking Brighton Marina and located in the heart of Roedean Village, we were commissioned to create a new family home for a large family who have lived in Brighton most of their lives. Designed within tight restrictions on a sunken site, we have proposed a building that evokes the exposed and articulated seafront of the Sussex coast. We attained planning consent in December 2019.
