This major scheme is to be a flagship development for Southwark Council. It is set to deliver up to 500 new homes, at least 50% of which will be affordable, as well as over 3,000 sqm of Class E space. Working in collaboration with local stakeholders and lead architects, Morris & Company, West Port’s focus is the design of the mixed-use podium floor levels atop of which the two residential towers sit. The brief for the podium consists of a mixture of retail and light industrial units, workshops, community spaces and residential apartments.
