West Port are working with boutique residential developers, Art Form, on the design and construction of a new gatehouse property at Buller Road, Kensal Green. On a compact site that gives access to the larger Old Yard development behind, the proposed looks to strengthen the domestic scale and terraced nature of the street with a 3 bedroom, 3 storey home. The arched forms and decorated tiles in the architecture are reminiscent of the The Kensal Green Tabernacle that once stood at the site.

The project was granted planning permission in December 2021. Work is currently underway, set for completion by the end of 2023.
