The redevelopment of an industrial site to create new work/live units and apartments in Norwich. Located in the north of the city and adjacent to Pointer's Field Park, proposed is the demolition of a run-down 2 storey property to the northeast corner of the site, the refurbishment of an existing 4-bedroom detached house to the southwest of the site and the erection of a part 3 and 4 storey development comprising 8 x C3 apartments, 5x B1 units, 7 x residential parking spaces, shared bin-store, residents and visitors cycle parking, plant room and outdoor amenity space. The project was take to the planning stage.
