West Port led the internal refurbishment of a 4-bedroom ex-council flat within Pearfield House, Highbury Estate. The proposed design involves new internal arrangements of spaces, an additional opening to the existing terrace, additional shower room, new dining room and the conversion of one of the bedrooms into a flexible room that can serve as a bedroom or lounge.

The overriding vision for the proposal is one of flexibility and fluidity. The new arrangement will improve the connections between rooms while also allowing natural light to penetrate further into the primary spaces.
