On a constrained site, east of Brighton's city centre, West Port designed this co-living and co-working development for clients, Vibe Co-living. The scheme is the first of its kind in the city and serves as a representation of Brighton's pioneering energy and far-reaching creative influence.

The design draws upon the industrial heritage of Melbourne Street and Lewes Road. Lewes Road, in particular, has and continues to be defined by commerce and manufacturing. One of the standout architectural forms from the area's history, are the arches of the old viaducts. These characterising features of the local built environment influenced the building’s design.

The project received planning approval in July 2020.
