We offer a full complement of architectural services for private and public clients. We have a strong foundation in small to medium residential projects with growing expertise in public and cultural work.
Our experience in several sectors allows us to view briefs with an interdisciplinary perspective. We are able to bring the fun peculiarities and dynamism found in cultural jobs to family homes and the design efficiencies championed by developers to projects with strict restrictions on time and budget.
We have delivered new homes, refurbishments and extensions across several London Borough’s and the Southeast of England. In doing so, we have built a network of experienced planning consultants, structural engineers and contractors that we can call upon to help deliver your perfect home.
We are not shy of tackling difficult or quirky sites like urban infills or those in Conservation Areas. We relish the innovative design solutions and deeper historical investigations these call for.
Our design approach is not anchored to a particular house-style. Instead, we search for architectural inspiration in your life story and that of the existing built context around your home. In doing this we can deliver timeless architecture of personal significance to you while at the same time being in harmony with its surrounds.
Public & Private Developments
Our studio is involved on schemes for local authorities, public and private developers in the residential, coliving, coworking and student housing sectors. Projects range from 5 apartments to 250+ bedroom units.
Our experience working on both social and market rent developments makes us acutely responsive to the unique pressures and decisions faced by organisations looking to deliver spaces and homes for a diverse range of occupiers.
Our team is well versed in producing in-depth site analysis, feasibility studies, concept options, pre-app and planning documents. We have successfully gained planning consents for clients in London, Guilford, and Brighton.
Art & Culture
Galleries, museums, and public spaces fascinate us. Places and buildings where people learn about others, cross-paths with strangers and form connections with ideas and those outside their common circle, speak directly to our agenda and pursuit of more inclusive cities.
To this end, we enjoy working with smaller operators and exhibiters to well-known names such as the V&A to deliver exciting and dynamic spaces and interventions. Complementing this work are our public space competition entries and urban research studies.
